The Character’s Dress featured in Santa Cruz Fashion Week

Santa Cruz Fashion Week is in full effect and killing it with fall looks from Cameron Marks (the store just got a bunch of Lauren Moffatt fall 2012 items in – Go!), Stripe (Santa Cruz’s apple of my eye), Wallflower (stocked with cute, original outfits at great prices), Synergy (comfy knits that transfer from the yoga studio to the street), and Tomboy (adore – they always have new awesome western inspired pieces at affordable prices). The outfits, styled by Missy Schnaps, are all perfect for fall while still being real life “wearable”.

I’m happy to say The Character’s Dress made it as one of the two looks for Stripe! Take a look at the beautiful photos by Nick Chao and check out the full post HERE.

The best thing about the color mint? It never goes out of style and always brings a smile to your face.

The best thing about a figure flattering, classic cut, soft cotton dress in mint? You can wear it anywhere, through all seasons, for as many years as you want to, and look good doing it the entire time.

Add heels and a statement necklace for a night out or boots and a chunky sweater for work in the winter. This dress is a staple piece that will add refined style to any outfit. Channel your inner Mad Men….
